Refund Policy

This policy applies to all products purchased from and must be read in line with our Terms and Conditions.



We are confident that you will love our products; however, in the event that you would like to apply for a refund, please follow the processes set out below.


Before you request or arrange a return, please read the below information carefully. You may Return any Delivered item(s) you have purchased within 14 days of purchase, for any reason (including if you simply change your mind).


To do so, you must notify us in writing via email or post within 14 days of purchase. If you are Returning an item(s) for any reason, except for damaged item(s), you must pay the costs of Returning the item(s) to us.


We will not accept Returns if the item(s) has been damaged, altered, or customized in any way that could be deemed as using or treating the item(s) as your own.


While in your possession, you must keep any item(s) you intend to Return to us unused and in good condition. Item(s) must be Returned in the same condition as they were delivered.


Care must be taken to ensure the Return item(s) are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts, if any, in transit. Item(s) Returned which cannot be re-sold as new due to them being opened, damaged, or showing wear and tear may be subject to a reduction in the Refund given.


Our standard returns policy for item(s) bought is 14 days of purchase, and to qualify for a full refund, the item must be:


  • in its original packaging,
  • in a re-sellable condition,
  • complete and as purchased,
  • accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, and
  • returned to us within 14 days of purchase.



Eligibility for Exchanges:

You are eligible to exchange items purchased at under the following conditions:


1. For Any Reason:
  • You may exchange any item for any reason within 14 days of receipt by providing your order number.
  • Exchanges are processed as a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card.


2. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may request an exchange within 21 days of purchase.
  • We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for the return of items that are damaged or defective in their original packaging.


How to Request an Exchange:

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange. We will guide you through the process and provide necessary assistance.


Please note that all exchanges are subject to item availability. We do not offer refunds; all exchanges will be processed as a store credit through an E-Gift Card.


How to Pack Your Items

  • Pack item(s) in the original packaging and include the shipping document that was received via email. Please be sure to attach the pre-paid return label on the outside of the package covering any previous address label.
  • You can drop the package off at your nearest USPS (local post office) location. To find your nearest USPS location, please visit or call 1-800-275-8777.
